Sant'Alberto: This small town is just a few kilometres from the district capital, near a branch of the Comacchio Valleys and part of the unspoiled natural environment of the Po Delta Park. A ferry on the River Reno goes to the valleys and to the road for Anita and Longastrino.
In Sant'Alberto it is possible to visit the Palazzone, a 14th C. building commissioned by the Este family as a military garrison. It now belongs to the Municipality of Ravenna and is seat of the "Water Civilisations" Museum.
In the Renaissance parish church there are a number of important works of art which include the Crowning of the Virgin by Luca Longhi, Our Lady of Sorrows by Ballanti Graziani and a wooden cross.
