Lago Pontini: The lake was formed by a huge landslide in 1855 on Mount Comero. The wonderful lake (2.5 hectares) is surrounded by ancient chestnuts and luxuriant vegetation providing and ideal place to play and relax.
There are a number of restaurants serving local specialities, picnic areas and rugged trails. Trout, carp, tench and pike allow for all kinds of fishing techniques in all seasons. Course fishing lessons and competitions are organised.
To get there, follow Provincial Road SP 43 towards Alfero. After 1.7 km turn right at the sign to reach the lake after a further 2.3 km.
