The Municipality of Gatteo is really four towns in one: Gatteo, Sant`Angelo, Fiumicino e Gatteo a Mare, each with its own social and economic characteristics. The chief town of Gatteo, with its Malatesta Castle, is an artisan and commercial centre which boasts centuries of tradition.
