Conselice is located in a marsh land, where time and history were ruled by water. Renowned for the quality of its cooking as manifested in the traditional Festival of the Frog which uses produce from the valley.
Surrounded by towns of artistic relevance and by wild areas, its history starts around the XII century, during the struggles between Empire and Church. In this period the life of the town is very troubled and it is alternatively ruled by Church and Empire.
In Conselice there`s an old rice factory and a mill, but also a water park named "Aquajoss". There are several cultural and traditional events along the year.
