Pezzani Theater Parma: The current space called New Theater Pezzani is a result of the modernization and adaptation to the current laws of the old Pezzani, begun in Parma in the '50s, thanks to the farsighted action of rebuilding by the ownership of the building (for people from Parma and not only ...) in January 1991, it has a functional space capable of seating 493 spectators in the heart of 'Oltretorrente'.

Fully accessible for wheelchair users, the theater has a bar, a cloakroom, a cigar room. Since January 2001 computerized ticketing service is operative also realized with the help of Emilia-Romagna region
The joint artistic direction of the Compagnia dei Borghi and of the New Theater Pezzani, entrusted to the author-director Ester Cantoni, has favored the creation of posters, where, alongside the great works of classical author, the contemporary drama theater has a significant area with particular regard to the Italian and European operas
The programming of the new theater Pezzani complements the national theater scene, offering the public the opportunity to attend, in addition to the productions of leading national companies, the unexpected new proposals by young but well-established companies.
