The Management of the Theater is given to the company Celebrazioni which is part of the holding company OFFICINE SMERALDO srl. which includes the theaters Smeraldo, National and Ciak theaters and collaborating with programming of the Sistina theater in Rome, of Palabrescia, Sociale Theater of Como and the Theater of Varese.

Celebrazioni Theater with its nearly 1,000 seats, is among the most capacious theaters of Bologna since its beginning it has been included in the geography of the existing supply working out a clearly defined role, going to fill a void without 'overlapping' with the programs of other theaters.
The strands of interest are mainly three: that of major international events, that of contemporary drama, which often dovetails with comedy and that of musicals. The audience consists mainly of young and from users who arrive from throughout the region thanks to the exclusive of some of the shows that go on stage. In the course of the seasons Celebrazioni Theater was marked by giving visibility to some of the most significant international news as Stomp, Tap Dogs, Shaolin Monks, Chapperton, Antonio Marquez, Aeros; accommodations to the most famous names and testing of the international theater, Bob Wilson , Jodorowsky, Lindsay Kemp, Jérôme Savary, the comic drama, Antonio Albanese, Paolo Rossi, Paola Cortellesi, Leonardo Pieraccioni, Paolo Hendel, Sabina Guzzanti, the musical Hair, Rocky Horror Show, Evita, Jesus Christ Superstar, Blues Brothers, Grease, The Saturday Night Fever, Little Shop of Horrors, and several concerts (Chick Corea, Vinicio Capossela, Branduardi, 99 Posse, La Nuova Compagnia di Canto Popolare, PFM) including the latest, extraordinary concert by Michael Petrucciani.
