Notwithstanding the town starts to grow, some antique traditions are still alive: there are still large open spaces where farmers produce fresh vegetables.
Before the 1950s Viserbella was a farming and fishing town.

On wonderful summer evenings, along the long tree lined streets, you can enjoy a glass of "Sangiovese", the locally produced wine, and on the fabulous beaches you can still sometimes see the old fishermen pulling in their net.
