Owned and run by the Raschi family for over twenty years, is a hotel which has been completely rennovated-modern with heating and air-conditioning. It is situaued in Viale D’Annunzio,in the heart of Riccione, twenty metres from the sea,next door to the little harbour and a short walk from the famous Viale Ceccarini; the trendiest street on the Riviera, with boutiques and fashionable bars, cafès and restaurants.
The Garden...
There is a shady garden at the entrance where you can always find a cool spot to sit and relax, even on the hottest most torrid of days. A buffet breakfast is served here every day and every Sunday you can have a delicious apèritif.
There is also a spacious carpark with a covered area for bikes.

Aperitifs, ong drinks, tea and coffee can be sipped in the little sitting
room next to it. There is a TV room where you can also find games
to play and reading matter.

Our live music...
In a unique style, exclusively at our hotel, you can relive the 60s’ and 70s’ with our mythical band ‘LIGHT THE NIGHT’. Roberto, the distinguished reserved and professional owner of the hotel by day, is transformed at night into a fantastic passionate drummer, playing music for your enjoyment.

The beach...
You will find special bargains on our beach directly in front of the hotel.Also there is a children’s play park and babysitter service, where you will be looked after by Karin, Tonino, Marina and Marco. The clean golden beach sloping gently down to limpid waters, combined with the friendly helpful staff and wide range of facilities and services on offer, will turn your holiday into an unforgettable one.
All our rooms, comfy and luminous have been rennovated into a modern-classic style and are divided into three categories:
Comfort rooms, rooms with a seaview
All the rooms are elegantly furnished, spacious and cosy with big balconies. The air-conditioning and heating can be regulated. There is a satellite TV, telephone, safe, soundproofed doors and windows, and orthopaedic mattresses.
The bathrooms have been completely renewed with a shower box,hairdrier and towels. The Comfort rooms with seaview look out onto a charming landscape made up of the little harbour and of our beach.
Romantic rooms...
Finally, the romantic rooms on the 5th floor are cosy attics with wooden ceilings looking out onto the Romagna coast and having the same characteristics as the other rooms.
