Exhibition of photography Blood, pain and hope. The images of Giuliana Sgrena to Meldola

With these pictures the Sgrena, kidnapped in Iraq in 2005, wanted to give visibility to women in different countries - from Iraq to Afghanistan, from Iran - were and are the preferred victims of war and discrimination based on the exploitation of religion. These women, however, who have never surrendered, and who continue to struggle, even at the price of life for their redemption through the assertion of rights ¹.
The exhibition will be open from 16 to 19 until June 2, then Saturday, at 20.30, will be screened documentaries' like a man on earth 'and' South of Lampedusa 'by Andrea Segre and Stefano Liberti.
