Madame Butterfly Club started its history in October 2001 at nightclub La Rocca in Cona, a club in the province of Ferrara, which after years of failures, it became a new point of reference thanks to the new management for an unprecedented transgressive situation able to involve young people from all of Emilia Romagna and Veneto.
The small location with a low ceiling, mirrored pillars and a VIP loft was perfectly suited to programming for guests like Giusy Consoli, Federica Baby Doll, Nacha World, Steve Mantovani without sacrificing guest as Claudio Coccoluto, Joe T Vannelli, Francesco Farfa and Ralf. On Tuesday, April 26th 2005 suddenly the roof of La Rocca collapsed
Fortunately, the facility was closed but the members of Madame Butterfly witneseds the scene and the tragedy was just missed. With salesmanship they succeeded in completing the negotiations to win the Zoo, a place of considerable size built in an industrial building. In a few months of hard work, a new console dominating the dance floor was realized and a stage in front of it for the animation staff but also a VIP area and a raised area where the tables next to the dance floor are situated. The new Madame Butterfly in Ferrara equipped with all modern technology and a powerful sound system opened successfully in September 2005.
The fame of the premises now requires a greater staff and a more powerful console to meet the needs of an increasingly numerous audience.
