COTTAGES
Small, newly built cottages featuring every comfort with fully equipped kitchenette, bathroom with shower cubicle, hairdryer, 21" TV set, air conditioning, safe, internet point available upon request. They have independent entrances and are fully furnished; the garden area has an outdoor table and chairs where you can enjoy your meals in full relax.
ROOMS & SUITE
Our new Rooms & Suites are all air-conditioning, they have frigo-bars and the bathroom with shower and hair-drier, furthermore a big balcony used as solarium. The Rooms & Suites are in the big Villa, in the centre of pinewood and they may be booked also for a night only. They must be emptied within 10.00 o' clock of the leaving day.

BUNGALOWS
The Bungalows are all set in the green of a pinewood. There are bungalows for 4 or 5 persons, all of new construction. All the Bungalows have two bedrooms: one large room with a double bed, the other one with two single beds. Moreover every bungalow has a fully equipped kitchenette, TV, air conditioning and a bathroom with shower. Each small villa has a private garden with a 40 mq veranda and an independent spot in the car park.
RELAX
Inside the area there is a relaxing swimming pool. Completely surrounded by pine trees, it offers the possibility to swim in a quiet and relaxing atmosphere or to enjoy a refreshing drink.
SERVICES
The animation staff completely devoted to the Miniclub will take care of your children with games and dances, so that you can relax and be sure that your children have always fun. After the baby Disco every night there will be projected a film on a maxi screen exclusively for your children.
Every week the staff will organize a fish party, with fresh catched fishes prepared by a "special" sailor couple.
BEACH
BAIA ALICE NR. 18 The ideal beach to enjoy the sea and have fun, thanks to the special terms it enjoys with your village. Baia Alice has every type of amenity and is only 1500 m. from the Mithos village.
Our guests can enjoy all the amenities available, ready to make a special day of every day. Baia Alice is the right place to relax and to enjoy. Facing the beach it is available a comfortable and spacious one I park.
